NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ANNEXATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:
The Town of Argyle, Texas proposes to institute annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said Town to include the following described territory, to-wit:
Lot 16, Block A, Woods of Argyle Addition, being 1.51 acres out of the F. Thorton Survey, Abstract No 1244, Town of Argyle ETJ, Denton County, Texas
The Argyle Town Council will hold a public hearing at 5:00 PM on Monday, March 17, 2025, at Argyle Town Hall, 308 Denton Street, Argyle, Texas, for all persons interested in the above proposed annexation. At said time and place all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard. Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the things and matters herein mentioned, will take notice.
