Planning & Zoning

The Planning and Zoning Division oversees all development applications. Specifically, Planning and Zoning offers assistance on zoning, platting, land use and tree preservation.

Comprehensive Plan
This division is also responsible for maintaining the Town’s comprehensive plan ensuring growth and development is in accordance with it.
